Fast and cost effective delivery of your order is important to us! The following information will give you an excellent guide to our delivery procedures:

We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance and you can specify the delivery date that you would require.  Remember we do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

How Fast Are We,

Orders are delivered via courier van and are sent out each day. If you place an order before 10am for delivery that day, it is usually possible to add it to the courier run, otherwise we will contact you to discuss next best option. 

While we do our best to follow any special delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee that an order will be delivered at a specific time during the day. We try and deliver according to am or pm instructions and we prioritise funerals and deadline jobs.

How Much Does it Cost,

Delivery charges are included in the price of your flowers and in some cases an extra fee may apply due to distance of job.

(Under certain rare and exceptional circumstances it may not be possible to deliver your order for the listed price. In this case we will contact you and give you the choice to proceed with your order for a revised cost, or cancel your order. You will not be billed until we have confirmed this revised cost with you.)
