Fast and cost effective delivery of your order is important to us! The following information will give you an excellent guide to our delivery procedures:

We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance and you can specify the delivery date that you would require.  Remember Sunday Deliveries are not usually achievable or public holidays.

How Fast Are We,

Orders are delivered via courier van and are sent out each day. If you place an order in the morning for delivery that day, it is usually possible to add it to the van, otherwise it will be dispatched the next morning. If your order has been placed at least 24 hours in advance of the delivery date, it will be dispatched on the appropriate morning.

While we do our best to follow any special delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee that an order will be delivered at a specific time during the day.

How Much Does it Cost,

A delivery charges of $8.00 is added to the purchase cost of your flowers.

(Under certain rare and exceptional circumstances it may not be possible to delivery your order for the listed price. In this case we will contact you and give you the choice to proceed with your order for a revised cost, or cancel your order. You will not be billed until we have confirmed this revised cost with you.)
