Flowermagic is an independently owned Perth business run by long time friends Sheryl and Julie. We have both been business owners and during a break between businesses decided to combine our talents and look for a successful business that we would enjoy. After analysing many businesses we came across a successful florist in the Northern suburbs of Perth. We purchased this business and inherited Flowermagic. The website was rather basic so with our knowledge of what people like and the help of some fabulous local IT people we have what we believe is a friendly and easy to use website.
We now have a very busy website and deliver daily all over Perth WA, country, interstate - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart and Canberra, as well as internationally. We have a fantastic team of talented florists that enjoy what they do therefore giving the customer the very best floral arrangements. We purchase our flowers daily from the wholesale markets ensuring our customers always get fresh quality flowers. We are so confident of the quality of our flowers that we offer a 100% guarantee on the freshness of all our arrangements.
Sheryl and I are always in the shop manning the phones, responding to emails and dealing with customers. We believe that our hands on approach ensures that the customer is always looked after properly and they receive the very best we can offer. We have a large repeat client list which speaks volumes to us. Our focus is old fashioned customer service using modern technology.
