We accept all major credit cards; Australian Bank Card, Master Card, Visa Card, American Express and Diners Club - all without any additional charges.

What are your opening times,

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day.They are processed during shop hours. Our phone service is available during shop hours. from within Australia 1800 44 1356. From outside Australia + 618 94009921

Do you have a physical store,

Our retail store is open 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday and 9.00am - 3.00pm Saturdays. Our shop is closed Sundays. Our hours are Australian Western standard time. We are open every day of the year apart from; Sundays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Good Friday and ANZAC day and public holidays.

Is what I see on the website what I get,

Yes, subject to seasonal variations and availability. Everything that is on the website is also available from our store.When there is a need to substitute a flower or container we will only do so with product of a similar or greater value.

I want to buy something for a man!

Flowers are okay - they bring out the man's softer side. Alternatively you can choose from our large range of balloons and chocolates.

Can I send flowers interstate or overseas,

Can you create customised orders (gifts/flowers,)

We sure can! If you can tell us exactly what you reqiure, we will be able to create the ideal gift for the person you love

How can I receive help with choosing my order,

Simple! Our florists are working 6 days a week so you are more than welcome to discuss your reqiurements either over the phone, by sending a fax or writing an appropriate e-mail. Please see contact us for more information.

Do you cater for weddings:

Yes we will look after all your wedding flowers. Contact us and we will arrange to sit and discuss your requirements and provide you with an obligation free quote.
